CREDIT AND PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION

We use third-party payment processors Braintree and PayPal to process payments made for Products purchased through the Sites. All online payments will be conducted in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards and your billing information is encrypted before being communicated to them.  Subject to the below exceptions, your credit card details are communicated directly from your browser to these payment processors.  We do not store or maintain your payment information. Any issues that arise with your payment information should be taken to Braintree, PayPal, or the third-party payment processor that processes your online payment.

If you delete your User Contributions (as defined in the applicable Creator agreement) from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or may remain available on the APEALZ products and image catalog, or might have been copied or stored by other users of our Sites.

 

 

THIRD-PARTY USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Sites are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third-parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Sites. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services.
