If you'd spray paint onto a random abandoned electric box (?) in the city, you'd spray paint on anything if the surface was easy enough to work with. Just a lovely observation that art, chaotic and non-chaotic, will form on any surface if you gave humans the apparent freedom and tools to do so(no inappropriate signs or wording as far as I checked)
