How Big Does My Logo Need To Be?

How To Upload An Logo OR Choose From Our Library

To upload your own image in our APEALZ Enterprise Design Studio, select one of the upload options in the toolbar on the left side of your screen. You may upload from your computer library, Facebook, Instagram, or use a link.

To choose from our artist library, you can search by image or creator, or browse our design categories. You can then customize the selected image in our APEALZ Enterprise Design Studio.

Can I Use Multiple Logos and Images?

You can use as many of your own images in your custom creation as you’d like. However, you may only use one image at a time from our Creator Library. This is to ensure that our artists receive proper commissions on their work.

How To Scale Your Image

Once you’ve uploaded your Logo, you may resize it two different ways. The first way is using the Scale Up or Scale Down buttons in the toolbar located in the design area. The second is to use the tabs on the dotted line that surrounds your logo. Click, hold, and drag to scale. Make sure that your logo completely fills the space indicated by the black dotted lines to ensure complete product coverage.

How To Rotate Your Logo

You may rotate your logo two different ways. The first way is using the Rotate buttons (rounded arrows) in the toolbar located at the top design area. The second method allows for more precise rotation. To do this, locate the tab at the top of the dotted line that surrounds your logo. Simply click, hold, and drag to rotate.

How To Upload A Background Color

Perhaps you’d like to start your custom APEALZ with a solid background color? All you have to do is click the Color button in the top toolbar. From there, you can select any shade you’d like and click on it. 

How To Add Text To Your Logo

The APEALZ Enterprise Design Studio offers a variety of different fonts and text sizes to personalize your logo and any accompanying image. You may also choose from our library of famous quotes. You access these features in step 2 of the design process. Once you’ve uploaded your logo and arranged it to your liking, click Next in the top right corner. Use the toolbar on the left side of the page to add your text. There is a box where you can type your message, and drop-down boxes underneath to change the font, size, and color. You are able to scale and rotate your text in the same ways you can with your logo. You can add a custom outline around your text using the options at the bottom of the toolbar. Please note that the text must be added to your design before you can style your text.

What Kinds Of Images Can I Use?

Choose from your family or vacation photos, something you’ve created, or make something entirely new in our APEALZ Enterprise Design Studio. See our sizing chart to make sure your creation prints at the highest quality. We can’t, however, print copyrighted or explicit materials.

“My Logo” Best Practices

1. File Format: Use a high-quality image file format, such as PNG or SVG. PNG files are commonly used for web graphics and provide good image quality with a small file size. SVG files are vector-based and can be scaled to any size without loss of quality.
2. Image Resolution: Ensure that your logo has a high resolution to maintain clarity and sharpness=. A resolution of XXX pixels per inch (PPI) is generally suitable for most print applications.
3. Clear Background: If your logo has a transparent background, ensure that it remains transparent when uploading. This allows the logo to blend seamlessly with different background colors.
4. Size and Placement: Consider the recommended size and placement guidelines provided above. These specific dimensions ensure optimal visibility and print quality.
5. Preview and Proof: Before finalizing the upload, preview your logo in the Enterprise Design Studio to ensure it appears as expected. Review the proof carefully to avoid any unexpected cropping, distortion, or other issues.
6. Retain Original Files: Keep a backup of the original logo files in a safe place. If you need to make modifications or use the logo for other purposes in the future, having the original files will be beneficial.
