If your image is not owned by APEALZ, or yourself, and presents a copyright, trademark, signature, or licensing mark, it is not an image we can reproduce. You are solely responsible for usage of copyrighted material.

Yes - for bulk and business orders! Contact us and let us know what you would like to do and we will discuss options with you. We currently create custom commercial and retail applications for our clients, and can design for most specifications and scenarios for you too.

If an item is offered at a discounted or promotional price (for example our add-on items), a promo code discount can't be applied to them. We only allow one discount per item.

If you created an account, your order history can be found in your My Account page. If you would like to reorder an item or view past orders click on the Orders tab once you have logged in. You can then view your prior orders and reorder items, if you like.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to that order.  We’re sorry for any inconvenience and hope you’ll create a new order.
 

Because your order is made specifically for you, and the process is automated, once an order has been placed, it can not be changed.

Yes you can, as long as you created an account when you purchased it. Click My Account from the top menu and login to your account. Click on the Orders tab on your account Dashboard and then click View to open the order. Once the order is opened you will see a reorder button on the bottom right corner. Click that button and the same item will be added to your cart.

Yes, you can order a gift certificate in any dollar amount by using the Shop Now dropdown menu at the top of your screen, or by clicking the Gift Certificates link on the footer of the APEALZ website.  Once you complete your order, your gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient.

You can't use a promotional or discount code when purchasing a gift certificate for someone. You can, however, use a promo code code when checking out if you are using a gift certificate as a form of payment for your order.

Each APEALZ is made from top quality fabric and a special adhesive that leaves no sticky residue. Length of life time varies based upon usage, weather exposure, and day to day conditions. A well taken-care of APEALZ will last many months and can be removed and reused several times.

Loose threads may appear from time to time. Simply trim them with scissors and you're all set! Be sure not to pull on loose threads as it may damage the product.

APEALZ are only available for devices and items listed on our website.  We add more products regularly, however.  Please check back.

Yes, we offer special pricing on bulk orders.  Please contact [email protected] for more information. Since bulk orders are already discounted, additional promotional discounts can't be taken on these orders.

We're flattered, but because APEALZ owns the copyright and licensing of its properties, we do not permit other uses of our designs.

No. The back side has our special adhesive, so we can only print on one side of an APEALZ.

Images can vary in color when viewed on a screen versus being printed. Due to how we print our items, the color and design displayed on the website may not be exactly the same as what is printed on the final product. APEALZ stickers and skins are printed on a fabric base that has a canvas-like texture and has a matte finish. APEALZ reserves the right to change any of our designs, up to and including; changing scale, color saturation and brightness and cropping to improve the layout. 

Yes, we have solid colors and gradients in an array of colors. You can find them here  You can also set a solid color background on the Create Your Own ArtBoard by selecting the color palette icon.

We are adding new designs and products all the time.  We can’t put out launch dates, other than for contests, but please check back often to see what we’ve added. 
 

No. APEALZ can only be found online at: www.apealz.com

If you are creating your own design in the APEALZ Create Your Own ArtBoard, you can save your design and come back to it later. Simply click the save button on the icon menu below the image canvas. You will need to login to your account, or create an account if you don't have one, so that your design can be saved. To retrieve your design, log into your account and click on Saved Designs on your My Account Dashboard. You can then click on the file you saved to open it again in the ArtBoard.

All of our orders are printed on demand in the USA and take from 5-7 business days to print and package for shipping.  When you will receive your order is based on the shipping method your select at checkout.

No. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We have different shipping options available based on where you live as well as how quickly you would like to receive your order.

Your order is in “pending status” if it’s currently in production and/or awaiting shipment.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your payment method or billing information.

If you have noticed some ink wear on your APEALZ this is natural if your product is handled a lot, or is rubbed against other surfaces frequently. This should not occur if you have your product covered with a case, or received your product recently and have hardly used it. If you think your product is wearing too quickly, please contact customer service.

There could only be a few reasons why your order would have been cancelled: either your payment was cancelled, or the image violated copyright terms or the image was deemed as inappropriate content.  Please contact customer service here: [email protected]. Be sure to check your email/pam folder as well for commiuniation from us.

Yes! APEALZ stickers and skins are made from top quality fabric, and our special adhesive allows them to be easily removed and reused. The best part is, no sticky residue is left behind. You can easily adjust, remove and reuse again and again. Just carefully lift the corner and pull it from the item, adjust it, remove it or stick it to something else. Kapow!

The surface that an APEALZ is applied to needs to be as clean as possible. Please check your device manufacturer guidelines for how they recommend cleaning. Here is our suggestion:
1. Wipe the surface where the APEALZ will be applied, with a slightly damp cloth. Make sure not to get your device wet.
2. Let dry completely.
3. Next wipe the surface with a cloth slightly dampened with rubbing alcohol to remove any excess oils. 
4. Let dry completely.
5. Apply your APEALZ to the surface area.

Discounts can only be applied during their promotional dates.

APEALZ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover; or payments through PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay. We also offer the option to pay in installments via Klarna. Because we’re a web company, all transactions are handled online.

Yes, we do. Please contact our customer support team to discuss volume and fundraiser discounts.

The easiest way is to go to My Account in the top right corner of our website. Login to your account and then click the Account Details tab. You will then see the change password fields. If you forgot your password, go to the My Account page and click "Lost your password?" to reset it.

Look for a copyright symbol, a trademark, a signature, or licensing rights. If you or APEALZ doesn’t own it, it is not an image to reproduce.

Yes. When you receive an email from us, you will see an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Just click it to unsubscribe and you're all set!

Go to My Account on the top right corner of our website, login to your account and then click the Addresses tab to change your email address.

If you would like to promote APEALZ on your website or social media, please contact us. Be sure to include your web and/or social addresses and any other details about your online presence that you feel are meaningful for us to evaluate promotional opportunities. We love sharing APEALZ, thank you!

We allow the following types of files: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PSD, EPS, AI, PDF. We recommend using an image size of at least 2000px by 2000px at 300dpi. File size should not exceed 50 mb.

The unique designs offered on APEALZ can only be used on our website due to licensing agreements.

No. If you’re using your own images on APEALZ you create, they are yours, and yours alone. We’re happy you're using APEALZ to carry your art everywhere you go! If you’ve joined an art contest or signed up to be a Creator, then you have submitted your art with the associated licensing requirements.

Images that are copyrighted, or of an adult, explicit, profane, or graphic nature are deemed inappropriate. APEALZ reserves the right to remove any image, cancel an order, and bar any user, if an image is deemed as inappropriate.

No, you don't. We keep track of your running balance, so you can use a portion of your Gift Certificate and then come back later to use your remaining balance.

APEALZ gift certificates expire after 1 year. 

Under normal circumstances, applying APEALZ will not void a device warranty, but we suggest you view your device warranty to be certain. APEALZ is not responsible for paint chipping, peeling, or removal of any coating on your device from its use.
