1.1. We will arrange for shipment of the Products to you. Please check your order page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.
1.2. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the Products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your APEALZ product, we want to make it right for you! You can easily process a return, replacement or exchange within 60 days after your order ships.*
* REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR ORDER. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team to start a request. We do not refund shipping charges.
Purchase with confidence with our 60-day Return Policy! If you’ve received a Product that is defective or damaged, you can request a refund by contacting our Customer Care team here.
Your refunds will always be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days. Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:
* A new line item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction
* Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided
Refunds are processed within approximately fourteen (14) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THE SITE AS NON-REFUNDABLE OR NON-RETURNABLE SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
We can send you a replacement of the exact Product you purchased if we sent you something that doesn’t meet our standards. Please allow 2-5 business days to print and package, plus the shipping time to you.
In situations where the return and/or refund is due to damages of the Products, then we may ask you to submit additional proof of damage, such as photographs, written description of the damage, and similar items to the Returns Department.
You are initially responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned Products. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. Therefore taking precautions to make sure your Products are returned properly and in the specified time frames you may consider options, such as insuring the return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
