Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Your order typically ships within 5 days from receipt. Please plan on 2-3 days for standard delivery. We only ship to the U.S., Canada and Mexico at this time.

How do I track a package?

You will receive an email with the trackign number once your order ships.

Can the shipping address be different than the billing address?

Yes, when you check out you will see an option to use the shipping address as your billing address, or you can enter in a different address.

Do you ship internationally?

We're sorry, no. In the near future, we will expand delivery to most countries.

What can be done if my order was damaged during shipping?

Please contact us via our customer service form and we will replace any damaged items. Be sure to include the name of the item that was damaged.

Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?

No… Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to that order. 

Can two separate orders be shipped together?

Unfortunately we're unable to combine orders. Each order is unique at time of ordering due to our manufacturing process.  Each order will be sent separately. 

Can I ship my order to a PO/APO/AE Box?

Yes…just add be sure to check the your APO or Po Box option in the shipping address area when checking out. We can only ship via USPS to PO  Box and APO addresses.

How do I return my APEALZ?

Please contact customer service by clicking here, and we will provide instructions on how to refund, replace or return your item(s).

How long to process a refund?

Once we have received your request for a refund and have confirmed your request, please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed by APEALZ. Your refund will show in your account based on how long it takes your bank to process the refund.

What is the return policy?

Each APEALZ is specially printed just for you, because of this, your order is not returnable.  But if your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for, there’s hope!  Please contact us, and we’ll replace any items you’re unsatisfied with or that arrived damaged, no problem.   We’ll work with you to make sure you are happy.
